Balboa Cup

Another highlight of this evening is the open Balboa-Cup. Dancing ability, fun and creativity are much in demand, to convince the audience, which serves as judges in the final round.

According to number of the attending couples one or two preliminaries will be danced. Up to 20 couples will be together on the dance-floor. The judges, which will be announced in the evening, will chooses the couples for the final round. You can sign-up at the beginning of the event.

The final will be performed in a so-called “Jam-Style” to different speeds. That means, each couple will get several times 8-16 bars of the music to present themselves from their very best side. The audience will decide the placements with its applause. You can win again great prices.

Charleston Challenge

Charleston dancers look out! At the Charleston Challenge you can prove how well your feet can twist. Wow the audience with cool foot twists, saucy movements, dynamic kicks and extravagant capers.

At the Solo Charleston division you are on your own to impress. At the Partner Charleston division you must show your skills as a couple.
