Early Bird Discount extended until January 5th!

Tickets & Prices

Ticket orders for all events of the Rock That Swing Festival and the registration for the Rock That Swing Dance Camp can be booked through this web site. The order form can be found under the menu "Tickets & Registration". Possible remaining tickets can be purchased at the box office. Last minute registrations at the Camp are possible if it is not sold out.

Tickets for the Rock That Swing Jamboree Ball at the Deutsches Theater can also be ordered at the ticket offices of Deutsches Theater and München Ticket (in German only). Please be aware that the ticket offices have a separate ticket contingent. It can occur that one office is sold out while other offices still have tickets.

Discounts: Only if you book via the RTSF web site you can benefit from attractive student, volume, bundle, and early bird discounts. Here are the valid prices:

Dance Camp (Feb 20th- 23rd, 2009)

Early birds benefit from discounts at the Rock That Swing Dance Camp and for orders of evening packages. The amount of the discount depends on the date of your booking:

  • All camp participants get free access to the online version of the RTS Dance Camp DVD with the material of each booked day (except Train The Trainer classes).
  • If camp participants additionally want a regular DVD they can get this for free, too. In case you want it shipped you just need to pay the postage.
  • Scholars, students, apprentices, and conscripts on military duty receive 15% discount for the Rock That Swing Dance Camp. Verification required!

Check out those great discounts:

  • For 10 or more Camp registrations at once you will receive 5% discount.
  • For 20 or more Camp registrations at once you will receive 10% discount.

(Only registrations of the same booking qualify for this volume discount. Later registrations can not be incorporated.)

Bundle Prices

Evening Bundle

  • For orders of 3 or 4 evenings until Dez 31st, 2008 the advanced sales fee will be dropped (disocunt 10%).
  • For orders of 4 evenings until Jan 31st, 2009 the advanced sales fee will be dropped (disocunt 10%).

Complete Bundle (Evenings + Camp) 

  • 10 Euro additional discount for orders of evening packages (3 or 4 tickets depending on the early bird status) plus a minimum of 3 days dance camp.

Combination Example

Early Bird 1: 3 Days Dance Camp + 4 Evenings (cheapest category)

Regular = 235 Euro
with group discount (10%) = 220 Euro
student = 212,50 Euro
student with group discount (10%) = 197,50 Euro

Cancellations

In case you are prevented to come to the Dance Camp you can pass on your Dance Camp booking to another person. Complete cancellations are possible without giving reasons. The following cancellation fees arise:

Cancellations of evening ticktes are not possible. Of course you can sell your tickets to another party.
