Jazz Camps aren’t just for kids anymore! The New Orleans Traditional Jazz Camp is open to all musicians from age 21 regardless of abilities. The 2010 camp is scheduled to coincide with next summer’s Satchmo Summerfest. The faculty includes the finest New Orleans musicians including vocalist Banu Gibson, trumpeter Connie Jones, pianist David Boeddinghaus, bassist/ tuba Kerri Lewis, trombonist David Sager, reeds Otis Bazoon, guitarist/ banjo Don Vappie, and drummer Bunchy Johnson.
