How do I get smoothness in my body and how can I incorporate that into my dance (Boogie, Lindy, Swing etc.)?

11-12 h - Introduction into Hula & Polynesian Dances

If you ever have seen Hawaiian dances or other polynesian dances, you must have envy the dancers about their smooth and rhythmic movements.  Viviana Del Rio is specialised in these kind of dances. She is travelling to the Polynesian Islands every year for a few months to study and compete in these dances. Some of you might have seen her performance at the Rock That Swing Festival 2007. She will show you and introduce you the these smooth body movements and in the last lesson she will introduce you into Hula. Don't miss her!

To bring: comfortable training cloths (leggins or jazz/yoga pants), a short hipscarf, socks or gymnastic shoes with leather soles, a blanket or mat for floor exercises.

Class fee: 12 Euro per 60 minutes / 30 Euro for all 3 hours
